이 약관은 Physical Ranker(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 운영자·이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정합니다.
These terms govern the use of Physical Ranker (the "Service") and set out the rights, duties and responsibilities of the operator and users.제2조 (계정) / Article 2 (Accounts)
서비스는 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인합니다. 계정 정보의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 타인의 계정을 도용해서는 안 됩니다. 만 14세 미만은 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.
You sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and must not use another person's account. Users under 14 require consent from a legal guardian.제3조 (랭킹과 기록) / Article 3 (Rankings & Records)
게임 기록과 순위·티어는 시즌 단위로 집계되어 다른 이용자에게 닉네임과 함께 공개됩니다. 국가별 합산 랭킹은 모집단 100명 이상 국가에서 상위 50% 이용자의 평균으로 산정됩니다.
Game records, ranks and tiers are aggregated per season and shown publicly with your nickname. Country rankings average the top 50% of users in countries with 100+ players.제4조 (유료 상품) / Article 4 (Paid Items)
프레임·배너 등 꾸미기 아이템과 광고 제거는 앱 내 결제로 구매할 수 있습니다. 결제와 환불은 Google Play 및 App Store의 정책을 따릅니다. 디지털 상품 특성상 사용(장착) 후에는 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
Cosmetic items (frames, banners) and ad removal are sold via in-app purchase. Payments and refunds follow Google Play and App Store policies. Refunds may be limited once a digital item has been used.제5조 (광고) / Article 5 (Advertising)
무료 이용 시 배너·전면·보상형 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 제거 상품 구매 시 배너·전면 광고가 제거되며, 보상형 광고 혜택은 기본 제공됩니다.
Free users may see banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. Purchasing ad removal removes banner and interstitial ads; rewarded-ad benefits are granted by default.제6조 (금지 행위와 제재) / Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
매크로·해킹 등 비정상적 방법으로 기록을 조작하거나, 부적절한 닉네임을 사용하거나, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위는 금지됩니다. 위반 시 기록 삭제, 랭킹 제외, 이용 제한 등의 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.
Manipulating records via macros or exploits, using inappropriate nicknames, or disrupting the Service is prohibited. Violations may result in record deletion, ranking exclusion or account restriction.제7조 (책임의 한계) / Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 사전 공지 후 내용이 변경되거나 종료될 수 있습니다.
The operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or network failures. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or end after prior notice.제8조 (문의) / Article 8 (Contact)
